Pina Colada Smoothie

Inspired by Anna’s Pina Colada FroYo, this quickie smoothie has been our afternoon snack 2 days running.

1/2 can coconut milk
1/2 can crushed pineapple
some sugar (maybe 1/4 cup?)
ice (enough to get it to the consistency you like, 1-2 cups)

Blend and enjoy!
