Blueberry Muffins

6 Tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
2 cups blueberries

Combine butter and sugar, beat in eggs.  Add vanilla, baking powder and salt, stir well.  Beat in half the flour, then the milk, and then the remainin flour.  Stir in blueberries.

Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden on top.

Makes 12 muffins, each with 222 calories and 7 g fat.
