Apple Raisin Slaw

We don’t like coleslaw.  Not even a little bit.  But we all really liked this.  We halved the recipe for our regular dinner.

1/2 cup light sour cream
3 T reduced fat mayo
1 1/2 T white balsamic vinegar (or whatever you’ve got)
1 t sugar
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t salt
2 cups unpeeled chopped apple
1 cup golden raisins
1 (16 ounce) bag cabbage and carrot coleslaw

makes 8-  1 cup servings, each with 120 calories, 2.2 g fat, 2.3 g protein, 24.3 g carb, 3.3 g fiber
