Chocolate Crinkles

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cups white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

Combine everything but confectioners sugar.  Refrigerate until firm.  Roll into small (golf ball or smaller) balls, roll in sugar.  Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
