Pizza with Ricotta, Carmelized Onions and Prosciutto

This was so good.  So, so good.

dough for 1 pizza
1 T pizza
1 1/2 t brown sugar
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 c fresh ricotta
6-8 slices prosciutto

Heat 1 T olive oil in a skillet.  Add brown sugar and onions; sautee until brown and tender, about 15 minutes.  Mix in vinegar and stir constantly for about 2 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper.  On rolled out pizza dough, spread onion mixture, dollop ricotta, and top with prosciutto.  Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 500.
