Honey-Wheat Oatmeal Bread

1 1/4 cups warm water (about 80 degrees)
1/3 cup honey
2 T vegetable oil
1 1/2 t salt
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 package (1/4 oz) active dry yeast (2 1/4 t)
1 1/2 T vital wheat gluten

Yields one 2 lb loaf (2o slices, each with 115 calories, 2 g fat, 0 cholesterol, 2 g fiber, 3 g protein)

I think it is a bit sweet, but Nathan loves this recipe.
