Chicken Satay

Fast, easy, delicious.  Pair with Asian Green Bean Salad.

Combine 1/4 cup each water and peanut butter.  Add in 1 T each: lime (or lemon) juice, soy sauce, ginger, and brown sugar.  Coat chicken in mixture and grill.

    I think they intended you to use fresh, but I used ground, dry from the can. Just 1ish teaspoons, or more if you like the taste.
