homemade bisquick

I keep running out of the mix, here’s a substitute:

8 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. sugar (optional)
1 c. Crisco

Blend in mixer with whisk until resembles fine crumb.  Store in airtight container in fridge or cool pantry.
