Wish I had a better recipe than this, but…oh well:
Meatballs (made from 1# lean ground beef, egg, bread crumbs)
gravy made from beef stock (with a little flour to thicken)
Cook the meatballs through on the stovetop. Remove them from the pan and make gravy from beef stock. Add in a little sour cream. Add back in the meatballs and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles, & with glazed carrots.
