2 cans crescent rolls (regular or reduced fat)
½ bag southern style hash browns (use less or more as desired)
6-8 eggs, beat and add salt and pepper
2-4 cups (as desired) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (you can use any cheddar, but sharp is best)
1 pkg breakfast sausage, cooked and drained (not links)
Preheat oven to 450*. Press the crescent rolls onto an ungreased cookie sheet (with edges) until it forms a sealed crust. Sprinkle evenly over crust the following in this order: cooked sausage, hash browns, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs. Eggs should cover most of the pizza; shake and turn the pan until they’re more evenly spread. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top to taste. Bake for approx 30 min. or until cheddar cheese is slightly brown and bubbly. Remove and enjoy!
