4 pork chops (1″ thick, about 1 lb)
1/4 cup honey
2 T Dijon
1 T orange juice
1 t cider vinegar
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
dash of onion powder
Remove fat from pork and mix the rest of the ingredients. You can marinate the pork in the sauce for a few hours or just use the sauce to brush on the pork chops while you’re grilling them.
